VirtualBox itself is not capable of transmitting viruses. However, if a virtual machine running on VirtualBox becomes infected with a virus, there is a risk that the virus could spread to other virtual machines or the host system. It is important to practice safe computing habits, such as using antivirus software and keeping virtual machines updated, to minimize the risk of virus transmission. Additionally, only use trusted sources when downloading virtual machine images to reduce the risk of downloading a pre-infected virtual machine. **

It is possible that the switch is not receiving a proper internet signal from the modem or router, which is preventing it from transmitting internet to connected devices. Additionally, there could be a configuration issue with the switch or a problem with the internet service provider that is causing the lack of internet transmission. Troubleshooting the connection between the switch and the modem/router, checking the switch configuration, and contacting the internet service provider for assistance may help resolve the issue. **
